When you agree on one of our forms, Scale Homes texts you about your project: design consultations, quotes, links to your designs, and appointment coordination.

• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For support, email service@scalehomes.co or call (469) 210-8283.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

After you reply STOP we send one text confirming you're opted out, and no more. To start again, reply START or ask us.

How we handle your number and your consent is in our Privacy Policy.

Calls

When you submit one of our forms, you agree that Scale Homes may call you about your project, including by automated means. Agreeing is not a condition of purchase. Tell us at any time and we'll stop.

Using this site

The site describes the materials and remodeling work Scale Homes offers. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. The price, scope and schedule for your job are the ones in your written quote or contract.

Visualizer images and 3D models are illustrations. Real materials vary in color and pattern, natural stone most of all, so choose from samples or from the slab itself.

Photographs and content

The photographs on these sites are of our own work, and the photographs and text belong to Scale Homes. Please don't reuse them without asking.

Limits

We work to keep the site accurate, but it's provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Scale Homes isn't liable for losses that come from using the site. Your rights for work we do come from your contract and from the law, not from this page.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If they change, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
