No showroom visit required. The drawing and the 3D model come first, the price comes second, and you don't pay until you've approved both.

Call, or send the form with a rough size and a couple of photos. We'll come measure, or work from your plans if you have them.
A layout and a 3D model you can turn around on your phone. Cabinet runs, slab seams, tile layout and where the waste goes.
Sample doors and planks at your house, and a trip to the slab yard for stone. You tag the slab with your name.
Priced by the box, slab or square foot, at trade price. Delivery is its own line. You approve the number before we order.
Checked at the warehouse and again in your driveway. Your contractor or our crew installs it; either way the material is our responsibility until it's in your house.
Delivered to your driveway or garage in DFW. Installation is available through Scale Homes Build & Remodel if you want it, and not required if you don't.

How it's ordered
All 310 items in this catalog are priced by the box, the slab or the square foot. Your quote splits the material line from the delivery line, so you can see what you're paying us for.
Quartzite, dolomite, marble, granite and engineered quartz, held in a Texas warehouse rather than ordered off a chart.
We walk the yard with you or for you, tag the exact slab, and have it cut to your template. What you stood in front of is what gets installed.
Plywood boxes, dovetailed solid-wood drawers and soft-close hardware, in every door style on the cabinets page.
Ordered by the box against a drawn layout, so the count on your quote is the count that arrives on the truck.
Porcelain tile by the carton, and SPC rigid core and engineered oak plank by the square foot.
We figure the layout, add 10% for waste, and deliver the cartons together so the dye lots match.
Interior doors prehung and slab, baseboard, casing, crown and slat wall panelling.
The finishing material a kitchen or floor job always needs, ordered on the same delivery so nothing waits on a second trip.

It's the materials side of Scale Homes, the Plano remodeling company Sylvester Amini has owned and run since 2006. Same owner, same phone number. We set it up because clients kept asking us to buy their cabinets and stone even when we weren't doing the install.
No, and for stone that works in your favour: we walk the yard with you and you tag the actual slab, not a display piece. For cabinets and flooring we bring the sample doors and planks to your house so you see them in your light.
Yes. We measure the room, draw the layout, and build a 3D model you can look at from any angle before you buy anything. There's no fee and no obligation. If you take the drawing to someone else, you'll still leave with a plan that works.
We buy at trade price and sell to you with a margin on top. The quote is itemized by the box, the slab or the square foot, with delivery listed as its own line. No allowances, no 'starting at'.
Either. Materials come delivered to your driveway or garage. If you want them installed, Scale Homes Build & Remodel is the same company with its own crew, and we'll quote that separately so you can compare.
That's fine and common. We'll send your contractor the drawings and the material list, and we'll deliver on the day they ask for. We've done this for plenty of jobs we never set foot on.
We inspect it at the warehouse before it leaves and again at your driveway. Anything wrong gets replaced from the same order or dye lot at our cost, and we'll tell you that day rather than hoping you don't notice.
Stocked items are usually at your house within the week. Cabinet lines with a lead time say so on their page. Stone depends on the fabricator's schedule, which we'll give you in writing when you tag the slab.
