You see the room in 3D before you spend a dollar on it.
A big-box store draws your kitchen to sell you their cabinets. We draw it so the material list is right, because we're the ones who have to deliver it and, often enough, install it. The drawing costs nothing and you keep it either way.

A measured layout drawing
Plan view with the cabinet runs, the island, the appliance openings and the clearances marked. Drawn from our measurements, not from a photo.

A 3D model you can turn around
Sent as a link you open on your phone. Door style, counter colour, floor and backsplash all shown together, so you see the combination before it exists.

A box-by-box, slab-by-slab material list
Every cabinet by size and code, the slab count with the seams shown, tile by the carton with overage, flooring by the square foot with waste.

One itemized quote
Material and delivery as separate lines. If you want installation priced, that comes as its own quote from Scale Homes Build & Remodel so you can compare it to anyone.
What we need from you
Enough to start. We'll measure the rest.
- The room, roughly: length, width, ceiling height. We'll measure properly when we visit.
- A few photos from the doorway and from the corners.
- Which appliances are staying, and which are new.
- Anything you've seen and liked, even if you don't know what it's called.
What it costs
Nothing, and we mean the whole drawing.
We're paid when you buy material. If you take the drawing and the 3D model somewhere else to buy, or to a contractor who buys their own material, that's your call and the drawing is still yours. We'd rather lose a job on price than win it by holding the plan hostage.
What we won't do is draw a room from a phone description and call it final. If it's in DFW, we come measure. Farther out, send a dimensioned sketch and we'll tell you honestly how far we can take it.
